Centre Coordinator – 25 hours per week
£24000 (pro rata)

The Gap Community Centre, Warwick-based charity, is looking for a motivated, organised with financial experience individual to join our team.

The Gap focuses on promoting community togetherness by providing a safe, welcoming environment to meet existing or new friends and participate in social and physical activities; support groups; volunteering and learning – all with the aim of enhancing your overall quality of life.

This role is pivotal and responsible for the effective day to day operations and the implementation of systems and procedures for a smooth running of the centre. Dealing with staff, volunteers, hirers, and services users, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines timely. You will also be a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with enthusiasm, and to offer hands-on support to others.

Finance Officer – 10 hours per week
£12 p/hr

The role involves assisting in preparation of budgets, manage record and receipts, processing invoices, support staff with financial and monitoring information. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines timely. You will also be a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with enthusiasm, and to offer hands-on support to others.
